18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct found on any of the websites owned and operated by Blatino Media, Inc. were at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location:

The operator of the websites is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2)) of any of the visual content found on the websites.

This statement is made pursuant to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the regulations promulgated thereunder (28 C.F.R. Part 75).
