How do I check my balance?
Sign in to your CocoStore account and visit My Account → Points & Rewards. You'll see your available points, redeemed points, and how much they're worth in dollars.
Do points expire?
No. Your points never expire. Earn at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready.
Can I combine points with other coupons?
Only one coupon per order. You can either redeem points OR use another promo code at checkout, not both.
